With a Real Estate career spanning three decades, Tamara Moss (Tammy) offers a level of technical expertise that few Realtors can match. Her journey began in 1995 in Apartment Locating before she spent nearly 20 years deeply immersed in the homebuilding sector. Working alongside her husband, a second-generation custom homebuilder, she gained "boots-on-the-ground" experience in local building codes, inspections, disaster recovery, and structural renovations.
Having worked extensively on homes affected by major disasters like Hurricane Harvey and Hurricane Ike, Tammy possesses an authoritative understanding of flood zones, elevation requirements, and the complexities of insurance grandfathering. This unique background allows her to see beyond the staging, helping her clients navigate the technical risks and true potential of any property in the Gulf Coast region.
A native of Glenbrook Valley in southeast Houston, and a lifelong resident of the Houston-Galveston region, Tammy possesses an intimate knowledge of the local landscape. While her primary focus stretches from Gulfgate to Galveston —serving League City, Friendswood, Clear Lake, Houston, Pearland, Pasadena, LaPorte, Dickinson, Alvin, Santa Fe, La Marque and Texas City—her expertise is recognized statewide, with successful listings as far as South Padre Island.
Tammy is particularly passionate about guiding first-time homebuyers. By collaborating with a network of knowledgeable lenders, she stays at the forefront of interest rates, loan options, and grant programs to ensure her clients achieve the dream of homeownership with confidence.
